Since making my mom’s banana bread recipe I got more confidence when it comes to baking sweets. I wanted to make banana bread again but this time around I decided to bake them into little cupcakes. I also added some chocolate chips on top and they came out great. Once again, our apartment smelled like home and it felt like my mom was visiting. I love the fact that now I can cook some dishes that let me travel from our own apartment.
I really recommend making these as muffins, or as a whole bread. Either way is delicious. I mean, it’s my mom’s recipe!

That’s great! I would keep an eye on them after maybe 30 minutes. I always check with a toothpick too. Let me know how they come out! :)
