Oh Pinterest, you scored again. Another easy recipe with one of my favorite things ever, Prosciutto! I’m not kidding, the day I pinned this I went and got whatever I didn’t have to imitate it. I switched it up a bit by using cheddar cheese instead of Gouda as the recipe called for, it simply hit the spot It’s a great combination of flavors that anyone can create based on their own taste.
