Not gonna lie. I’ve been trying to find rhythm to my life again after weeks of being away, playing host and being super busy at my “9 to 5”. Please bare with me as I try to get back to a regular schedule in this little corner of the world wide web. I have tons of photos to share from it all. Just haven’t gotten to them. Hope you have a lovely weekend! Cheers to going back to normal! (as I hold my coffee high up in the air) HA!

Ladies and gents I’m back. Not sure If you’ve missed me. I sure did. It’s been a little crazy lately over here. From birthday celebrations, to getaways and a business trip to NY. Plus the NFL is back. Wow, just wow. Time is flying by. Hope you guys are enjoying the end of the summer. I sure cannot believe the Halloween decorations I’m seeing and the Xmas talk I’m hearing. Anywho, I did the most important thing to do this year. I had a Cronut. HA No, I did not stand in line at 4am in New York. I simply went to my favorite doughnut shop down the street. I went in and out. After my first bite, I totally get the craze. These things are tasty. If you haven’t yet, go find one. If you do, come back and tell me. Would love to know what you think. Have you had a Cronut yet?

I told you my mind was going wild after I ran into these cute dry-flowers . Well, these envelopes I got at Daiso were perfect for my first project. I grabbed some of my favorite washi tape and in a few minutes I took some plain paper envelopes to the next level of cuteness. All you need is some dry-flowers, envelopes & washi tape. Super easy and quite charming! Aren’t these cute? What would you make with dry-flowers?

Oh-My-God! That’s exactly what I said after I took the first bite. I found this recipe last week on Pinterest. The grilled-peaches intrigued me. The prosciutto sold me. I’ve never grilled peaches before and I was up for the challenge. Of course, my friend Martha Stewart came up with this awesome recipe. It took me less than 20 minutes to make it. That my friends is a win after a long day at the office. I ended up using naan bread instead of the pizza crust and added a bit of feta cheese on top after I saw it in our fridge. HA! It wasn’t part of the recipe but it was a great addition. Check out Martha’s recipe here and let me know if you try it. Guys, this one is a keeper. Bon appetite!
