Yes, that’s right! Strawberries covered in white chocolate made by yours truly, haha. When I first came across this picture in Pinterest I knew I had to give it a shot. With 4th of July around the corner, they are the perfect dish if you are going to a party or even if you are having people over. Everybody will be impressed! Here is the catch… while melting the chocolate in the microwave be sure to stop it every other 10 seconds and stir it. If you leave it in for the entire 30 seconds without stirring.. .well your chocolate will look like Feta cheese (It happened to me and I just couldn’t take a picture, haha). The worst part is, I put it back in after I made my first one, thinking it needed a bit more time, and I had to start all over again. Anyways after dipping it in the chocolate, you just dip it in the sprinkles and it should look a little bit like this…
Aren’t they adorable? This could be something fun to make with some friends or if you have kids it could be a fun family project. Anyway you do it I’m sure it will be delicious. Depending on the holiday or celebration you could just change the colors of the sprinkles… oh boy I think I’ll be making this year round.
