I discovered Camille after watching Emma Stone’s sketch on SNL. I’ve said before how much I love the Eiffel Tower, even though I haven’t seen it in person… yet!. I also told you guys about my favorite movie Amelie, I will never get tired of watching it. I actually enjoy French music as well, more on that soon. For now enjoy this song with me. There is something about it that makes me happy, makes me dance and smile big. I should say that I got the cutest Paris cupcakes cups and toppers on Christmas…so I’m off to make some cupcakes while listening to Camille. It might help us go to France sooner.

I’ve always loved to take pictures anywhere I go (as you all know by now) but taking pictures in a photo-booth is always more fun! There is something about those pictures that is just different. Like I mentioned before, Amelie is one of my favorite movies, I mean, a Photo-booth is part of the main story line, how are you not gonna love that?
In the movie, Nino loses his photo album where he collects pieces of old photos he finds while fixing photo-booths.
His album is something I really wish we could have on our coffee table. How awesome would that be? Like I said before, I really want to go to Paris. When we finally go, I will have to take pictures in at least one of the photo-booths located in the Metro and rail stations where they filmed some of these scenes!. That will be my souvenir! (besides a miniature Eiffel tower statue, of course)
Amelie finds the album one day after Nino leaves it behind. She then starts leaving him clues with pictures of herself taken in the photo-booths so he can find it. Are you following me? haha
Anywyas I love photo-booths! I think the real old ones have something magical about them and just like old typewriters, they can’t be replaced. Don’t you agree? Do you like photo-booths too?
Hope you get inspired!
