I think I will call this week Pumpkin Week here at Inspiration Nook!, every post has involved pumpkins one way or another. For today’s cravings we have Pumpkin muffins made with only 2 ingredients. Yes, you read it right, just 2 ingredients…
With just a spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin puré you can create the most amazing, moist and fluffy muffins you will ever have. I found this recipe on Pinterest (here) and knew I had to give it a shot. I also ran into it on Bower Power and Katie’s sweet post convinced me even more. For not being a baker making these bad boys made me feel like one. Our house had that special pumpkin scent that made me love Fall even more. Well, enough talking, just check them out!
